This facility houses the customer service department and other divisions of the Kramatorsk Thermal Power Plant, which receive daily inquiries from residents, assist in resolving billing issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise.

Without paying rent, we risk losing the ability to work — which means that hundreds of people will be left without the necessary support.

"Kramatorskteploenergo" has been providing the city with heat and essential services for many years. However, the company is now facing a difficult situation: it owes PM GDP "PROTECH" 111,660.00 UAH.
The funds are needed to purchase diesel fuel and liquefied gas, which are necessary to refuel the company's vehicles. Without these resources, the company's operations and logistics are at risk.

The Kramatorsk Thermal Power Plant, which once ran on coal, was forced to switch to gas at the start of the full-scale invasion, and due to constant shelling, it had to stop generating electricity.
For the third year, it has been operating only as a boiler room — but even under shelling, it continues to provide heat to the homes of the city's residents.

The latest shelling not only left destruction in its wake, but also seriously damaged two vehicles that were intended for use at the Kramatorsk Thermal Power Plant.
These vehicles were supposed to assist in performing important tasks on a daily basis, from transporting materials to ensuring the smooth operation of the plant.

Thanks to the caring people and employees of the thermal power plant, we were able to fully pay off the debt for the fuel needed to ensure the stable operation of the Kramatorsk thermal power plant.

This is another step towards energy security and warmth in the homes of the frontline city. We thank everyone who contributed.
